What applications can PC materials be used for

PC board can be used as a variety of signage, such as gasoline pump dial, car dashboard, warehouse and open-air commercial signage, point sliding indicator, PC resin used in automotive lighting system, dashboard system and interior decoration system, used as a headlampshade, with stiffener car front and rear bezel, reflective mirror frame, door frame sleeve, lever sheath, spoiler.
PC is used as junction box, socket, plug and sleeve, gasket, TV conversion device, communication cable connection under telephone line bracket, electric gate box, telephone switchboard, switchboard components, relay shell, PC can be used as low-load parts, used in household appliances motor, vacuum cleaner.
Handles for hair washers, coffee machines, toasters, power tools, gears, worm gears, bushings, guides, shelves in refrigerators. PC is an ideal material for optical disc storage media.
PBT is a milky translucent to opaque, crystalline thermoplastic polyester. It has high heat resistance, toughness, fatigue resistance, self-lubrication, low friction coefficient, weather resistance, low water absorption, only 0.1%, and still maintains various physical properties (including electrical properties) in a humid environment, electrical insulation, but large dielectric loss.
Resistant to hot water, alkali, acid, oil, but easy to halogenated hydrocarbon erosion, poor hydrolysis resistance, low temperature can be quickly crystallized, good formability. PBT crystallization speed is fast, the most suitable processing method is injection molding, other methods are extrusion, blow molding, coating and various secondary processing molding, pre-drying before molding, moisture content to reduce to 0.02%.
PBT (reinforced and modified PBT) is mainly used in automotive, electronic appliances, industrial machinery and polymer alloys, blending industry. Such as distributors in automobiles, body parts, ignition coil skeletons, insulating covers, exhaust system parts, motorcycle igniters, deflection coils in the electronic and electrical industry such as televisions.
